Hello everyone, my name is Erik I'm 22 and I have been struggling with weight since I was a kid. As a kid I was constantly eating and hardly played outside. In my high school days not much changed, I stayed in my room and ate even if I wasn't hungry, I also played videogames non-stop and as a result weighed about 300 pounds. About a month after graduating I decided to start exercising and eat healthy, I kept it up and before I knew it I weighed 180 pounds! I kept the weight off untill last year, I started to gain weight again and I'm currently weighing in at 220 pounds, my goal is to get back to 180! If I can get from 300 to 180 anyone can reach their goals! Keep pushing on and when you feel like quitting, push harder!
