Help!!!

I have fallen of the horse and every time I try to get back on I just slide off the other side.........Anyone good with rope? I need someone to tie me on the son of a $!+©h! I have been logging but have been going over calories and skipping exercise! I know what I should be doing just can't seem to get back into a solid routine. Anyone else been where I am?

    I think the majority of us have 'fallen off' from time to time. It's these times that act as a brilliant learning curb for us, you sure sound to have the determination and strive for success that you need.. You got this!!

    Take things a day at a time, maybe try to find lower calorie alternatives to the things you love (but then there is absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying any food or drink in moderation).

    This isn't always easy but it is always worth it.
