Hello! My name is LaShawn and I just started my new healthy eating journey. After meeting with the nutritionist at my gym, I was beyond excited to go to the grocery store. I also just got myself back into the gym. I love working out but sometimes I get discouraged because I don't have a great support system. So I'm just looking for people who also need a support system
