nutrition goals?

Hey everyone, I'm brooke. Just wondering what some of your nutrition goals are as far as carb, protein, & fat percentages on this app go? Need some friends on here to keep me on track I'm trying to lose 15lbs by march, I work out with a trainer 3x a wk & lost 2% bf% last wk. Any advice?

I keep my %'s at: Carb.: 50%, Protein: 20%, & Fat: 30%
I'm very strict about my fat intake, but sometimes exchange the carb calories for extra protein. Sounds like yore doing great! Keep it up!0
