Sometimes a past and present comparison is a great way to see progress! Thanks to MyFitnessPals who have been a part of the transformation! ! MyFitnessPal & Fitbit...and now JawboneUp...excellent tools!
Goal Weight is SO CLOSE! Now is the time to lock it down and make it happen.
Just think...started at 277 and down to 215 now. Wow...Consistency IS key!
