Anyone for Les Mills Body Jam?

Hi all

Looking for people who have done Body Jam. Love that class and wondered how many calories it might burn. I know they say about 600 but I'm pretty suspicious. And I think it'll vary.

I love it! Don't have a class here though I'd say its more like 450-500 though, they want to inflate the number to make it seem more impressive.
