Is anyone using the PN guidelines? I have been trying to follow it while also tracking on MFP. I am two weeks in and after gaining back 0.8 pound this week I realize that I may be eating too many calories and need to be more careful. Anyone else?

No matter how healthy your diet is, you have to watch calories/amounts if you are concerned about your weight.0

YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY ooops weigh yourself and have a .8 lbs gain and attribute it to anything other than normal weight fluctuation.. THE END..0
