Hi, I'm struggling lately, need to lose 20 pounds

Hi, my name is Sally and I have been doing MFP since the beginning of December. I did great right before Christmas lost 6 pounds and have slowly gone up and gained half back :( Got to look at this one day at a time, staying positive.

    Good Morning. I'm Tracy and just started MFP. I hope this weekend will bring positive thoughts to you. Hang in there. I am just finding tracking my food so useful. Last night we went to the movies and when I saw how much popcorn put me over the top, I was able to pass.

    Hi Tracy, I was doing WW for years and always counting points, I never looked at the calories. But I cancelled WW and stared MFP and I love this app. It's surprising how many calories are in some foods. I am up again this week but just by 0.5 not so bad. I did change from wanting to lose 1.5 a week to 1 pound a week as I needed more calories in my day. That was great will power you had last night not having the movie popcorn, Well done on your decision. We can do this :)
