I am 37 years old ,mother of two daughters ,based out of Hyderabad,India. I am 44 pounds over weight and I found myfitnesspal very interesting and helpful and great to see many members here and ofcourse a great motivation for me ,looking fwd to a successful weight loss journey on myfitnesspal

    Hi...I have just joined as well...my Doctor (who is the best) recommended this to me....I too have pounds to lose...54 to be exact...I look forward to both of us being sucessful...keep in touch...my name is Sina :)

    Good luck with your journey! I've been using MFP for about five months and it's a fantastic tool. I've only recently started using the message boards but everyone seems very friendly and positive!
