    It's kind of a stew type thing...I'll call it Thai/Paleo fusion. It's kind of kale garlic coconut chicken with coconut milk and coconut flour to thicken it up. Lots of other veggies in it too.

    Freezes well. I'd write out the recipe but unfortunately, I just threw in random amounts of veg, whatever was about to go off!
