I weigh 60 kg and I am 1.59m tall. My goal weight is 52kg. I also want skinnier legs but without losing muscle and I want to flatten my stomach. Any good advice? (I don't eat many sweets and I already eat vegetables and fruits every day)

You can't spot-reduce. 'Skinnier' legs will come as you lose weight overall. Ditto the stomach.

Advice... Eat fewer calories than you burn. How many do you burn? There are online calculators that will give you an idea based on your activity level. How to eat fewer? Log everything you eat - EVERYTHING, not just a few guesses or estimates, weigh every apple, record every slice of bread, every nibbit of cheese you put in your mouth while making a sandwich, every spread of butter.

Make it a smaller number than the one you burn.

Maintain the muscle by strength training. The Nerdfitness Beginner Bodyweight workout is a nice place to start if you're an absolute beginner. If you already go to a gym, look at what you can do with the weights there (free weights if you can. Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells... ask a trainer for some tips on form or it could be worth paying for a session or two. But again, plenty of tutorials and videos online as well.)
