Hi everyone

Options
on a mission during 2015 - fed up of feeling meh and procrastinating about me weight gain and feeling unhealthy. I am looking to tone up and feel for again in time for my May wedding and 40th later in the year. Myself and best friend are on this mission together and happy to find friends here to help keep motivation going.

Workout wise I am doing this myself at home using dvd's. Feel free add me as a buddy
