has anyone tried the slimfast shakes to jumpstart their diet plan, and transitioned back to health food?

I've tried slimfast but it left me really hungry were nothing was safe in my refrigerator.

Just eat in a calorie deficit (the foods you eat now but less of it) and you'll lose. No need to jumpstart.

I, and most people likely to respond to this thread, don't believe in jump starts. It's a mental thing, anyway, and drinking shakes isn't going to "make your body ready" for a big plate of low-fat chicken and leafy greens. Just put that excitement into eating the way you planned to after the shakes.

No such thing as a "jumpstart". You just start.

  • Thanks everyone for ur thoughts. I was thinking the same. Really can't see myself drinking my meals. Side note I just tried some coconut vanilla milk and it was GREAT!
