Hello,my name is Lori a 54-year-old female from Michigan and I'm here to say that since September 10,2014 and today being January 17, 2015 I've lost 26 1/2 pounds doing nothing more than just watching calories.Ive set it at 1600 and its became addiction for me now to make sure that I keep track of my calories and to be careful what I eat.Hoping to lose another 30 pounds so I don't see me stopping in anytime soon.
