I prefer brown rice than (ordinary) white rice. But my favourite are basmati, jasmine and wild rice.0

Brown rice is good, but I love white rice. Put some sugar, cinnamon, little butter, and add milk, and it's delicious. You don't have to have a lot, but it's a super snack.0

Yes but in cooked brown rice the nutrients are in the bran and bound up by phytate's which humans don't process very well, so whilst they are in the food, we do not absorb them.
However we don't have the same issue with white rice as the bran is removed already so we get better mineral absorption from the white rice nutrients.
White rice all the way - but in moderation!-1 -
I love white rice so much, a bowl of white rice with soya sauce is comfort food to me. Brown rice doesn't taste as great to me so I figure I'll stick with what I like. I get plenty of fibre elsewhere.0
