Three vodka diet cokes, chicken breast fillet in a bun with salad, and then, because I was only up to about 1000 kcals for the day, I had some spicy chicken peanut soup with a huge handful of frozen veg and some coriander leaves/cilantro.
It's the rock n roll lifestyle I lead.0 -
IDK yet, as it's only 9, but I'm low on fat and carbs so maybe some oatmeal with knockoff nutella.0

It's about to be 9 and Im getting ready to eat 9 oz of grilled bbq chicken breast.
Im also at work though.. but I eat whenever I want!0 -
its not even 6pm here yet had 6oz sirloin steak grilled zucchini and steamed broccoli with laughing cow cheese!0

It's just about 9:00 PM here right now. I'm done eating for the day but I'm drinking vodka & diet cran-grape juice.0

Well...it's 9 here now, and I didn't eat dinner.
It might be why the vodka seems a little stronger. LOL0 -
I'm finishing off half a scoop of protein powder in a diet lemonade.... It's been so hot I haven't felt much like eating much, but I still want to at least meet my daily protein goals.0

7 dolmas. I made them and they were just SO GOOD I had to eat them. Didn't log but I had ~600cal left over today so I don't feel bad.0

nothing yet maybe some berries later. MFPers say eating late does not cause weight gain. Many bariatric scientists disagree the circadian rythyms affect out fat burning.0
