My goals are......
Just entered in a white collar boxing night so I've never boxed or been fit befor
For the first time in 15 years I have broke 13 stone , yesterday 12 st 13 pounds
I'm training 3 - 4 times a week but I'm very ignorant to diets, protein and general eating healthy so looking a lot of help and info on this

Have to lose 112pounds. But app says il still be fat even then. Proteins nuts eggs fish meat. Carbs pasta sweet potato rice vegetables . eating healthy for the first time is hard to get your head around but your do alright keep logging your foods down even the oil you use to cook or sugar in your coffee
