Struggling with Nutrition

Hi! I set a goal to hit my ideal weight by June 17th this year. I started out at 180, I'm currently at 143 and I want to weigh 119. I'm already doing insanity, hiitmax, and 30 minute cardio every day, but I really struggle with nutrition. I'm exercising a bunch and I really want to get the most out of it. Any suggestions about what to eat? Thanks!

    Eat food. Hit your calorie and macro goals. Easy enough.

    Welcome!! I am struggling with the same! I do insanity, p90x, T25, taebo, turbo fire, body beast to name a few and I noticed the more I do the less hungry I am. I use a app called time to eat that sends u reminders. ( may sound silly but it really works). Feel free to add. I KNOW U CAN DO IT!!
