Hello
I want to buy a heart rate monitor so that I can accurately log how many calories I burn when I exercise - primarily jogging/running. I've read up on features etc and I'm leaning towards the Polar FT4 Fitness Watch.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Ones you've used and found to be reliable?

I've got this exact watch and it's fab
I'd really recommend it. Though I don't think Polar syncs with MFP so if you're using it in conjunction with calorie counting you'll have to manually enter your results

Personally, and from experience, I'd suggest a GPS with embedded HRM as that becomes more meaningful from a training perspective.
Budget option is the Garmin FR15, or 320XT.
The FT4 is really bargain basement end of the market, amd good for the class style usage because it's cheap.0 -
Wait for the iWatch.0
