Hi all! Started watching what I eat - but not actually counting calories, exercise, etc. All of that changed this morning when I joined the group. After seeing how fast a simple breakfast adds up, I'm off to the track to work some of it off!!!!

Theoretically, I've lost 12 lbs since my heart attack 7 weeks ago. But I fear it was mostly fluid reduction. Losing actual body mass is going t obe long and hard. I still need to lose 38 lbs before I could even begin to count myself healthy and "out of danger" of that lethal second heart attack.0

Day 3 and already working my "weigh" down the scale - yippee! I have so far finished the first two days with calories not used, and yesterday there was over 700 left over when I crawled into bed. Trust me - I am eating, a lot! The difference is in how much, when and what I'm stuffing in there and then adding on the exercise definitely helps! My wedding dress will fit me so much better come the day I wear it this summer!
