Warm greetings from the Philippines!

Hi everyone!

My name is Lynette and I've been struggling with my weight my whole life and because of this I now have high blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes and arthritis.

Way back in college I lost a lot of weight due to healthy eating and exercise and because of this my blood pressure and diabetes were controlled but I fell and so my weight started to go up then went a little higher and now it skyrocketed.

I'm only 5 Ft. and I weigh about 200 lbs. I've tried almost all types of diet and diet pills to lose weight. I'd shed a couple of pounds but would gain double the previous weight loss. I became depressed and I have now lost my self confidence. It's hard interacting with other people if your not comfortable with yourself. And so I decided to start getting back on track; to regain my confidence and to be able to live a longer healthy life.

Although I know I can reach my goal with the help of will power and determination. I am still in need of a support group to help me with all the obstacles that comes with getting healthy and fit; those sweet and savory temptations as well as those feeling lazy days. Don't get me wrong, I have my family to cheer me on but it would be nice to have people who understands what it feels like walking in my shoes. So please add me up to be your fitness buddy and let's get healthy! :)
