Yeah restraint and discipline, although often failing, lol.
Basically, make room in your days for what you like. Practice moderation. Personally, a square of dark chocolate seems to do the trick for 'dessert' and it's only 50 calories. There's nothing unhealthy about sweets as long as you still meet your other nutrients.0
