Stuck at 141... Help!

I think I'm stuck. Ever since I weighed in at 141 pounds, it hasn't changed. The decimals fluctuate but not the whole number for the pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips to get me over this plateau?

How long have you been "stuck"?
Can you open your diary?0 -
Since the 1st. My diet and exercise has stayed the same and I'm starting to wonder if I've reached my "peak" (what my fiancé thinks my weight is meant to be).0

hey alissa! I know how it feels to hit a plateau! they can be REALLY annoying sometimes, the decimals are just your food and water weight so nothing to worry about. There are a number of things you can try, the most common and effective thing is to increase your calorie level by 200 calories. So if your eating 1400 increase that to 1600 and that should do the trick. Second try increasing your protein levels. Third increasing fiber intake to 30-50g per day There are a few more things you can do, message me and im happy to help0

I stayed at 141 for possibly two months! Around that time I started getting hungrier, I wasn't as careful with my weekend eating, and increasing my calories to experiment with my weight training results. After I tightened up my logging after christmas is started dropping again.
Are you set to lose .5 per week? There's not much room for error.0 -
I'm set to lose 2 pounds per week but I've also noticed an increase in hunger since I hit this weight, which I think is odd. And it comes at the strangest hours too.0

I had this as well, I ate around maintenance for a week just for a little break mentally and physically. I figured if I wasn't losing anyway, I might as well eat-ya know? 2 pounds seems a little aggressive, I was doing that up in the 160s. It'd be about impossible for me now. Maybe that's something to think about.
Edited to say: If I wasn't losing, I was at maintenance anyway. I firmly believe that if you're not losing, you're eating too much, and I never fooled or made myself believe otherwise. The difference between going into maintenance mode was more for mental health, ha. Also, it was easier to deal with the hunger because I was eating more continuously, rather than trying to maintain my deficit, and then eating too much on weekends or whatever I was doing before.0 -
I never knew it could be changed but now that I know I can, I definitely will. I'm just concerned about the calorie goal. I can't meet it for the life of me unless I'm eating something I know I shouldn't be. And with lowering the weight loss goal per week comes a higher calorie count and I don't know if that's something I can keep up with. Do you have any tips? Feel free to send me a FR if you want.0

If you said you were hungry, I don't see why you would have trouble meeting a higher calorie count. How many to lose .5 a week for you? It's 1680 for me and I find it difficult enough, as I want to eat more.
Also, if you don't want to add more volume in food, there's nothing wrong with cooking with more oil, adding some butter, and using more calorie dense foods to meet the goal. (I do the opposite because I need FOOD).0 -
I think it said 1,580. And even with being hungrier and adding that into the diary, I'm still under my calorie goal. I definitely have to do something about meeting the calorie goal. Maybe that's why I'm at this plateau?0

Oh, I forget to mention. If you're not losing now, you're probably eating more than you think. So if you change your goals, and up your calories, make sure you are absolutely WEIGHING things, and being accurate. Because if you're eating too much now, you'll definitely be eating too much if you up your calories. Accuracy is key.0

Oops... I meant 1,860 if I changed it to lose 0.5 pounds per week.0

I use measuring cups and scales.0
