Second go around using MFP.

My first time using it was 1 1/2 ago, for about 6 months. I thought I was doing good until this last November. I just wasn't losing the weight. I'm down 70lb., have another 70 to go. So Black Friday I bought a Fitbit flex, and using MFP ever since. I also exercise at home 4-5x a week. and at work I walk with a co-worker on break and lunch times.
What I find helpful is support from family, friends, and co-worker. What's the most difficult I've found is the workouts at home. Getting myself motivated. Any suggestions?
