Hi! I congratulate you for taking this first step to a healthier you. I am new to the community forums but have used the app off and on for a year. I have recommitted to using the app every day. Make sure to log everything that you do whether that is eat, walk, exercise , drink, etc. one tip that I have learned is to log the food before you eat it so you actually see what the numbers are. For me, it has helped to deter me from eating something not good for me. Good luck and add me if you want.0
