Well it's been a year since I have been here. Hoping to lose weight yet again. This year's annual physical didn't go as plan. I need to movate. I want to lose 100 but I need to be realistic and shoot for 40 to 50. So looking for some friends to movate one another.

    I am back as well. Its crazy how life's choices take over. Have a plan, be organized and remember to splurge here and there.

    i have been away too. i lost 3 stones and then since october it seemed to stop and i "fell off the waggon" looking to kick start it again.
