You can't target one area0

I agree on you cant target one area. Its a focus on your eating to not eat foods that cause bloating and weight gain. Its eating more healthier and non-processed foods. I am wanting to loose all over but have always had a hard time loosing in my belly. Dairy he says is one of the worst things to eat. Which I love, and makes sense if this causes belly fat. Just interesting reading...-1

Just like you can't target fat loss in one area you can't say one type of food causes fat in one area. Fat is caused by calorie surplus and is stored where the body stores it ..determined by genetics / physiology
Bloating with intolerance / allergy or water weight gain from sodium fair enough
But I'd like to see the science behind any of these claims0 -

Dairy does not cause belly fat. If that was the case bodybuilders would never be shredded. Whey and casein protein powders are dairy. Many bodybuilders also eat cottage cheese before bed.
If you suspect a food allergy you can see your doctor to get tested.
There are some foods like beans and broccoli that can cause some extra gas when being digested and sodium can cause some water retention. None of those make you fat, but cutting them out may make you think you look slimmer within a few days, which is what the book is doing. You'll still have to have a calorie deficit to actually lose the fat.0 -

That's interesting, since dairy has shown some promise in reducing belly fat. Something to do with calcium, or something like that.
