how many calories for workout with trainer?

I've been working out with a trainer at my YMCA since August, 1-2 times per week. I've gotten a lot stronger and fitter but haven't lost weight because I've been eating too much. So now I'm trying to change that.
When I go, she has me working pretty hard for 30 minutes. Ex: set of squat with row, squat with press, russian band twist, rest for 1 minute. then kettle bell swings, lateral lunges with 25 lb weight, plank series for abs, etc.
If I add 30 minutes of "circuit training" it comes to 278 calories, which seems high. If I add "strength training" it comes to 104 calories - does that seem about right?
I am trying not to let my calories get too low as I'm still nursing my baby.
TIA!

It's probably somewhere in between, but probably closer to the high figure if you are doing high intensity training with short or no pause between sets.0
