How many calories!!

I am so confused with the calorie amounts I should be eating so if anyone has any answers that would be great!!
I am a 38yr old female, I weigh 200lbs, have recently started a running program, use the gym 2x per week and try to fit in 2 Zumba classes on top of this along with a 7mile cycle ride to work 3x per week and I just seem to be dropping 2lbs one week and gaining it back the next. My MFP limits are 1450 but I am always hungry so eat back around 200 extra for the exercise.....any advice would be great as I really want to achieve my goals by October for a family wedding.
