Feeling sick, lack of calories or carbs???

Cutting carbs is never fun. I tried but never did until I went cold turkey off all carbs in processed foods. The body will fight most any type of change.
Remember we are overweight because that was the weight the body wanted to become for some reason at some point in time in the past. It will fight you and cause a regain when you give up dieting.0 -
If I cut out too many carbs I feel like that. Tried to get through it but 3 weeks in couldn't do it anymore. I find I need wholegrains, wheat, potatos etc in my diet. Also if I dont eat salt I feel really sick as my sodium levels are low. Maybe get a blood test and check sodium, blood sugar and iron. Hope you feel better soon.0

If I switch my diet too dramatically I get like that but after a few days it adjusts. I stopped having breakfast and coffee in the morning and felt like that for 3 days but now I'm fine and loving my new way of eating. Low carb also does it but it still goes away after a few days once your body adjusts.0
