What is your favorite exercise video on line to watch? I"ve been going JM online because my DVD keep freezing. On youtube there's these stupid annoying commercials now in the middle of them! What is your favorite good cardio workout (maybe with hand weights) that you do that I can find online. I"m looking for something new!
