I am retired, but can identify with all the pressures you young parents must deal with that can drive a person to the cookies. I have put off until tomorrow too long and now my weight is impacting my ability to walk or exercise. I take water aerobics twice a week and just bought a body blade from QVC with dvd. It would be wonderful if I could lose 100 lbs. this year.
My goals:
1. Drink 8 cups water.
2. Exercise 30 min. daily to start with.
3. Log daily
