FAO Billy Blanks DVD Owners....

Hey all,

I bought the boxset of Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVDs last week and am yet to try them out - planning on doing one tonight!

BUT

Where do I start? How long are each of the DVDs? I know the Abs and Glutes is 30 mins but have no clue about the other DVDs in the box set. If anyone has done these DVDs could you please let me know how long they last?

    I have a Billy Blanks box set as well. It looks like all the DVD's are 30-35 min except for 2, "Boot Camp Basic Training" and "Ultimate Bootcamp", these are 55 min. Not sure if you have the same set as me though. I think the Boot Camp DVD's I got were part of a special offer. Anyway, look on the back of the DVD covers and it should say how long the DVD is on the bottom left side. It says Running time: Approximately___ minutes. Hope this helps! : )

    Also, mine came with a meal guide and workout schedule. On the first day it had me doing the cardio DVD and then continuing it every other day while alternating the other ab and strength DVD's on the days I wasn't doing cardio. I believe it had one rest day each week. I didn't stick with it unfortunately because I was too out of shape at the time to do it (40 lbs heavier). So I need to start again because I have already done 2 rounds of "30 Day Shred". I think I can do it now! :bigsmile: I hope you enjoy yours. It is definitely a workout. You have inspired me to blow the dust off of mine and start up again!

    If you look on the back of the dvd cases at the bottom it gives you a time on how long each are :)

    Thanks girls!

    I looked on the dvd case and it says running time 400 mins! I think that means for all 4 discs! Hahaha that would be one HELL of a workout if not!!

    I bit the bullet and had a go this afternoon! I did he Basic Workout which ran for about 25 mins and then did the 8 minute workout which lasted 18mins with warm up and cool down - but I was already warm so I improvised haha.

    It was really fast! I thought I was going to fall over at one point! Lol I did enjoy it though and I like Billy! I DO NOT like the annoying counting lady OR the lady who shouts "yeah!!" after every section though!!

    I guess I should just try them all out and see how long they are and hope that they are around 30 mins if I'm trying it out in the morning lol - Billy might make me late for work if I'm not careful!

    Dani - I love your profile pic!! I am also a continual 30 Day Shredder - I still do it every morning even though I did the 30 days aaaages ago lol I like it as a morning workout to get me out of bed! :) I'm glad I inspired you to get Billy out again :)

    Thanks! Jillian is a very dear friend of mine and Billy is and OLD friend of mine!! lol I suppose him and I should get reacquainted! :laugh:
