I have lost about 45 lbs and really want to work hard to lose the next 70.
I was wondering about macros.... have you found success with % carbs, protein, fat?
I used to eat a high sugar/fat diet and gained sooooo much weight and now really want to set a course to continue to lose.
When setting my goals on MFP, what would you recommend?
Thank you soooooo much in advance!

I'd go with what MFP recommends on macros and see how that goes before tweaking. You have to start somewhere and that's a good way to begin, IMO. :)

If you've lost 45 pounds already, you've probably found a macro split that works for you. As long as you're able to stick to your calorie goal and not feel hungry all the time, whatever you're doing currently is probably fine.

If you introduce new types of exercise (e.g. intense weight training), then you might want to look at increasing the protein percentage a bit, depending on how much protein you're already eating.

But other than that, losing weight is still about calories in / calories out. You probably won't see much difference in terms of results by changing up your macros, unless you have other health concerns (e.g. diabetes) or you're having trouble sticking to your calorie goal.
