Better Sore Than Sorry

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to make a post for those who need some motivation to keep going with their work outs.
I for one HATE working out. It's hard. It's exhausting. I'm always sore when I've finished. But sucking it up is better than sucking it in, am I right?

I started working out on the 6th of January (this year). I started with swimming for an hour for the first two days, and I pretty much felt like I was deadweight. Then I tried an hour fast-walking on the treadmill. I had to coach myself through the last 15 minutes of that one because my legs were burning so bad.

Today:
60 minutes fast-walking on the treadmill
40 laterall pulldowns @‌ 25lbs
40 sit ups
40 squats

Point being, keep pushing yourselves because what you're doing now could end up being your warm-up. :)
