    My goals for June are:

    Walk a 5K Race - June 1st
Lose 10 lbs (that's two pounds a week)
Sign up for another 5K race for August
    Run one mile.
Have fun and enjoy the process of change.
Focus on the changes.. NSV especially

I love this quote: "Focus on the results and you'll never see the change; focus on the changes and you will always see the results."

I lost 23 lbs so far, started April 27th, and I still want to lose another 27 - going to Florida in June and want to be skinny again :)

I have finally figured out what works for me. This is the BEST!!
  • My goals are to..
~ lose another 10 or so lbs
~ begin the couch to 5k
    (Starting next week!)
    ~ lose another clothing size
    ~ start baking again
(Oven is up and running now!)
    =D
  • My June goals:

    1. Get under 80kg (even 79.9 would be awesome) - only 5.1kg to goal!
    2. Walk/exercise more (at this point once a week for 30/45mins would be improvement)
    3. Log food on here every night - don't cheat myself

=D Good luck to every one on their goals!

This month I AM making sure I put the 20%-off-original-weight-down trophy on my mantle! 20% (43 lbs) might not sound like much, but getting there will mean I have conquered 42% of the 103lbs challenge I'm on . . . . .and 42% of the way anywhere is better than I was 6 months ago (a fat 0%)!!!
  • 1) Keep up my activity level. At least 5 hours workout/week, at least 3 being strength/weight training.
    2) Limit ice cream to 2x/week. (I know, but serious addiction, man!)
    3) Find a bikini or bathing suit I can wear comfortably and happily. :)
  • Hello :) I have a few goals since this is my first full month of healthy eating/exercise, and I want to make it count!
    1) Lose my first 7/8 pounds and by doing this I will reach my first weight loss goal
    2) Get on my bike at the least 4 times each week (if weathers bad, do something else)
    3) Exercise 5 times a week
    4) Relearn to do the splits (it took me a week the first time but now much older and much less flexible i am giving myself a month)
    5) Figure out what works for me in the first week or so and STICK TO IT

My birthdays next month and there are lots of events I am going to in July/August so be as healthy as I can this month!

I'm going to aim to lose 5kg/11lbs but with the way my weight loss has slowed I'll be happy with 3kg/6.6lbs. Another 1.7kg/3.7lbs puts me half way to my weight loss goal for this whole year (20kg of 40kg/88lbs), and I'm sure I'll get that before the end of June but I want more!

I also want to increase my running distance to 5km. At the moment I'm sitting at 3.75km after not being able to run 200 metres back in mid-April. I can absolutely get to 5km by the end of the month.
  • definitely have some goals!
    1) lose the 2 lbs I've gained since dropping 30.
    2) log in everyday
    3) drink at least 4 cups of water everyday-- as someone who drinks 0 now, I think this is reasonable.
good luck on your goals everyone!

I'd like to be able to run a 5K without stopping to walk. I think I'll be able to reach this goal within the next couple of weeks. Then, I really want to work up to 5-mile runs (with stops) this month!

    Goals!

    1. Fly a kite
    2. Go to the public aquatic center and don't feel embarrassed to take off my shirt when swimming.
    3. Use my grill more
    4. Use my AC more wisely so I don't get ridiculous bills.
    5. Go hiking. Probably not in the desert, but maybe down south a bit.
    6. Level my drow priestess to 20.

Hello! June is my 'get off my butt and DO something instead of always wishing for it' month. From today on my goals are simple:

    1. Eat healthy. Fast food 3 times a day is gross!
    2. Exercise. I have always been lazy. I will change this!
    3. Drink water. And do not forget to do this!

    I have three;

Easy 1: Lose the 3lbs I have gained this week
Medium 1: Lose 7lbs (inc that 3) to keep on track with my weight loss goals
Hard 1: Stop drinking for a month. Apart from when I go to Download festival. I may drink quite a bit there!

What are yours? Don't be shy!

sorry...but you do know that it's pretty much scientifically and mathematically impossible for you to have gained 3 Lbs of actual fat right? Most people have natural fluctuations of 2-5 Lbs day to day due to water retention/release, timing of food intake/output, waste, etc.

As for my goals, lose another 10 Lbs by October/November. I've been maintaining for a couple month now and have decided I want to get down from 19% BF to 15%. Given my current deficit of 0.5 Lbs per week and my propensity for going over my calorie goals (because I lift and when I eat at a deficit my lifts suck...so I eat more to make my lifts better) it'll most likely take me into November to accomplish this. Not really a June goal per-sei, but I start my cut Monday.

My #1 goal is to figure out what my maintenance calories are so that I can finally stop being nervous about it.

My secondary goal is to start maintaining below 120 lbs.

Get the garden in, help build raised beds, keep everything weeded, finish the landscaping, get started training Reshan to ride, work with Hamoudi ( this a priority), help with haying, find time to work on the sea serpent for the gourd festival. Oh, yeah, eat sensibly and stay under my calorie goals. With all that exercise, the weight loss thing will take care of itself. It isn't my top priority.

    I have three as well.
    1. break through this plateau.
    2. stay on track during our vacation (minus one day I already know will probably be over).
    3. stay off the scale until July 1 (husband has been instructed to hide it).
    Let's do it!

Can I copy yours, just tweaking a few things:

1). Lose the three pounds I gained this month.
    2) keep moving somehow some way.
    3) drink less for a month:)
  • Goal One: Log into Myfitnesspal every single day.
Goal Two: Try to stay below my allowed calories.
Goal Three: Exercise at least half an hour three days a week.
Goal Four: Finally, hit the 30 pound mark in weight loss.

I hope it'll all happen this month.

    I love reading these!

I'm still on week #1 of ditching WW and joining MFP, but I FEEL good.

    My June goals:

    1. Track what I eat. Every bite. Every day. (even when it's ugly).
    2. wear my FitBit everyday. Aim for 10k steps/day.
    3. Workout at least 5x / week. Today is day 30 of an Insanity Challenge, with 33 days to go for me. I don't love it. I'm not quitting, but will be switching out with some other stuff to keep me motivated.
    4. Only have alcohol on June 7, June 26, 27 and June 29. (vacation - I'd say 'no alcohol' but it's not realistic)

I'm not putting 'lose weight' as a goal. That's my ultimate goal - to lose at least 35 by the time I turn 35 (September 17), but I figure that will come if I do everything else right!

    This month I will:

complete a home style sprint triathlon - all the elements on the same day - no race yet!
lose the 3 pounds that will take me below 12 stone and to my lightest weight in 15 years
complete the hills half marathon challenge by run/walking

Then I'll go in for surgery on 27th as a fit, healthy person who makes a super fast recovery.
See you in July with a success update.
