Hello all,
I am a 41 year old, married father of two that over the years have let my bad habits turn into a lifestyle. Over time it has become easy to gain weight and hard to lose it, especially with such limited time. Any time I tried to lose weight in the past it has always been by myself because I always figured that it was a personal thing, so this community/sharing approach is very new to me. I welcome friends, suggestions, and groups and hope this works. Thanks.
