I have gone from the first pic which was a few years ago to the newest pic at the bottom, which is today. I am currently bulking but I want to maintain a good shape and some definition. I have just started carb cycling. Any other advice? I started at 260lbs... shrunk down to 173 and I am currently back up to about 220 lbs and 16% body fat. Thoughts? Critiques? All welcome. Thanks MFPers.

    Congrats on your success - you look fantastic. I hope you feel really proud :) I was sad to see all the fuzz go on the most recent pic tho!

    Congrats on your success!! Your transformation is amazing and i am sure you feel so much better!! It will always be a continuous road to travel...but it will Always be worth it!!!! Love the pics!! Keep up the dedication!!!

    I recommend adding some form of HIIT 3x a week to the end of your workout. A very easy and effective thing you could do is to run 6 sprints, 10-15 seconds each. Sprints are best done outside and not on a treadmill because if you're doing HIIT properly, you'll hurt yourself trying to do it on the treadmill. Each sprint is an all out, as fast as you can go, pushing from your *kitten* sprint. You will know you are sprinting if you feel your *kitten* pushing you. I don't know how else to describe it. Rest between each sprint until your heart rate drops to 120-130 range. Then do another sprint.
