How do you find out what weight your supposed to be at for your height?

Within the healthy range on the BMI

go to Google and search for BMI charts/calculators.0

the BMI charts aren't always right though. I am rather thin and yet the BMI says I am a "heavy range weight" Its wrong. Ask your doctor.0
