So I lost 4.5 stone in 2012 by getting myself to the gym and using Myfitnesspal to log my calories, however found that last year a stone crept back on because I fell out of all my good habits. I want to get a grip of the weight gain before I put it all back on so have got head in gear and reloaded myfitness pal on 12th Jan, so far so good/ Anyone else not doing this for the first time?
