Recovery HR Percentages and what is good?

Hi there - I have been using the recovery feature on the iCardio for the last week or so. I have been getting percentages of my HR recovery after 1 and then 2 minutes, as well as the number of BPM recovered (gone down).
Anyone have a really simple chart to use to see where you are with these numbers?
Google keeps giving me recovery workout/zone stuff, but that's not what I am after. I am looking for the heart health type of information.
Cheers!
PS - I am getting on average, from anerobic zone around 160 BPM, 1st minute: 27%, 2nd minute: 38%.
40 year female, about 150 lbs
Also, I understand I am not bad - I just am curious and want to keep an eye on things.
