Hello ladies! I'm a participant of Katy Hearn's winter challenge, looking for other gals for motivation & support! I'm very new to the nutritional part & will need tons of help. I'm not 100% sure how to use MFP to follow or find any other gals who are also participants. Good luck to all!!
