I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. Since I was 12 I have been on a "diet". I have been anywhere from 100 pounds ( a little anorexia in there) to 200 pounds.
I currently weigh about 160. It's not the number that bothers me.
I want to lose about 30 pounds. I know i can do it. I guess I just need advice how to get back in the right mindset. Any advice or motivation would help this girl out.
