two weeks in and I've lost 6.5 lbs and 3.5 inches overall. Not bad if I do say so myself. Thanks MFP for making this easier.

Yeah for you. I weight in tomorrow for the first time since using MFP and being on low carb. I am so excited but yet so nervous. You are doing great...hang in there!
