So I did lose a pound at the end of this week but for past two days I went over my calorie intake by about 70 calories on each day however I didn't eat my goal calorie intake on other days over this week which was not done on purpose but my question is the days I went over would the days I didn't balance out ?

I look at the week for my calories - try to stay within the allowance, but as long as I hit my weekly average, I am good with that. So if I am under one day by 200, but over 200 another day, i don't stress. Once a week is over I start the average over.

Congrats on losing a pound that is awesome! My general rule of thumb for counting is to keep your calories within 100 of your goal, so if you go above or below by 90 that is fine I would suggest trying to stay within that though

You can look at it as a weekly deficit, so as long as you're under for the week, you should lose at the same rate.
  • Thanks everyone that helped a lot :)
