I'm realizing just how by eating what I have for years and the amount of crap I've consumed has made me sick! My body can't take the grease and fatty goods anymore. I've started to get sick. This isn't just a weightloss challenge for me it's a life change and different look at food. Anyone think the same?

    I completely understand that!
At one point I used to eat a lot of deep fried foods (not saying there is anything wrong with this in moderation) but since I dropped the majority of deep fried foods from my diet I just can't stand the taste of oil in my mouth that I never noticed before!

I think its a state of mind. When you realise what foods you are taking in(nutritionally), you definately start to look differently at them.

Loving the great attitude towards the healthy lifestyle that you obviously want and deserve, have an awesome evening!

Lacking of essentials (macro/micro nutrients) will usually result in one not feeling their best.
Most fast or "junk" food lack nutritional value, so just make sure to fulfill those needs with some whole foods.
Personally I eat fast food a couple times a week. I just make sure that I've achieved macro/micros for the day and have room calorie wise for them to fit in.
