    I cup spinach
    1/2 of a banana
    1/2 naval orange
    1/4 cup mango Greek yogart
    1/4 cup coconut water(optional)
    Ice if need

I like to drink this before going to work or working out. It has enough potassium to get you through a hard days work or 90 minute workout. It also taste great!
  • Wow that sounds very tasty, thank you for that I will certainly give it a try. I've been having mixed berry's with water and porridge oats.

    2 frozen bananas
2/3 cup milk or water (just enough to make it blend easily -- add less if you want to eat it with a spoon, or more if you want to drink it through a straw)
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 container Dannon light & fit Toasted Coconut nonfat greek yogurt

Makes 2 pretty large "milkshake" smoothies. Add chocolate coconut or plain chocolate protein powder if you want. Deeee-lish!

I always use frozen banana instead of ice cubes, to give it a creamy consistency and so that I can freeze leftovers without it turning into a solid block of ice.
  • Oooooo yeah, that sounds tasty too.I've only recently started making my own smoothies.
