Hello! I'm Kim from PA and as the title suggests I'm here to try and make a huge change. I'm now 40 and I want to lose at least 50 pounds, with a goal of 100 pounds. I'm tired of being fat and going up and down with my weight and my wavering on and off commitments to doing this right. Now I'm all in. Time to do this!

You are aiming to lose 100lbs eventually or to weigh 100lbs in total?

Losing 100, not weighing 100. I'd have to lose WAY more than 100 to weigh 1000
