Today is June 1, and as I sit and eat my breakfast of oatmeal, polenta, ground flax seed, cinnamon, I went through the e-publications I get notifications regularly. One of the articles in Bicycling magazine caught my eye, and I thought I would share it with you all here, even though it is aimed a cyclists there is good truth to the advice given. While I had known so much of this years ago, it was only when I put many of these principles into practice in a new lifestyle that involves a good dose of physical activity that I started to shed the unwanted and unhealthy weight. I still have some way to go to reach my goal but without the proper food fueling my body it would be impossible.
