Hey everyone. I have got to goal twice in the last few years but have always fallen into temptations reach and put weight back on. I haven't put it all back on from last time (May 2014 I lost 32lbs)

My overall goal is to drop 24lbs in time for my BIG 3-0 birthday at the end of April... Iwant to start as I mean to go on and be FIT, HAPPY AND HEALTHY!!!

I am looking for some new weight loss buddies to share fitness and foodie tips
